Over the past few weeks, the app has failed to synchronize data or pull up my individual plants when selected. I have tried contacting the company by several methods (email, FB, in the app) and have not received any response. It appears the app is being abandoned. Which is too bad, because when it worked, I loved it. Edit: latest update 4/13 seems to have fixed things!

1. Fixed the problem of unable to scan for adding devices
2. Fixed the problem that the device could not be connected

Keep getting error message from app when I try to establish a new account that it can't send the verification email. Will update if it ever works. UPDATE: Today the app finally *thinks* it sent me a verification email, and gave me 60 seconds to enter the emailed code into the app. An hour later I still haven't received the email. App uninstalled; Device returned to vendor.

App should not require sign in every single time you open it. Too bad the app does not have a way of taking a picture to identify the unknown plants. Some nice features in the app. I wish the app would replace the stock photo of the plant, with my personal photo from my plant diary. even though my settings are English it still shows some prompts in Chinese. No way to edit diary or change date within diary. Should be able to switch plant position in list
