Update: after 2 years the mouse and all the buttons are in great condition, everything works well, except the battery, it's almost dead and lasts only a few hours after charging. The problem occurred suddenly, the battery life reduced to 5-6 days, then to 4-5 hours.
Worth to mention that I use it 8-10 hours a day, so maybe this is a normal behavior.
Overall, I like this mouse very much and will definitely buy again.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update: After 4.5 months of active usage, mouse works ideally. The built-in battery lasts about 1.5 week (but can work longer if mouse not being used a lot during a day.)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Very happy with this mouse. This is the first feeiling.
I'm a web developer and I spend a lot of time at computer, so I have wrist pains sometimes. But now I feel that wrist pains will be gone forever ))
Pros:
1. it's comfortable to use.
2. it has correct size for me (my hand is not too big and not too small)
3. I like the charging feature it has (charges fast as said in documentation)
Cons:
1. At the moment I don't know any bad thing about this mouse, so need to wait some time to test it fully.

Cons:
1. At the moment I don't know any bad thing about this mouse, so need to wait some time to test it fully.
Unfortunately, this mouse has shown it's weaknesses with a couple months of use. The battery barely lasts a week, originally lasted 3 weeks of daily use. It sometimes becomes unresponsive and doesn't register clicks, even when the battery is fully charged. I want to love this mouse as it is definitely has by far the best ergonomic feel I've ever had, but the poor battery life and lack of responsiveness makes it a bad choice.
Update 2:
There might have been some other problems with my system because the mouse seems to be behaving much better. I reinstalled windows after a hard drive failure and mouse responsiveness seems to be fine now. The charge still lasts only about a week or two of regular use, which is far too low compared to non-rechargeable rivals like the logitech m570 (lasts 6+ months on a single AA!!). Raising my review to a 4.
Original Review:
I've been a big fan of vertical mice for a long time since developing early tendonitis in my wrist from mousing. I really like the logitech m570, but it is not nearly vertical enough. I've tried at least 5 different vertical mice now, including the over-priced evoluent mouse. They're all OK, but none were great.
This product is probably the best one I've tried so far. Right amount of angle on the vertical (too vertical is awkward to use, too little doesn't help put your hand in a neutral position). Buttons have the right amount of firmness - easy enough to press intentionally, but not likely to accidently press. Mouse slides well on most surfaces. Most importantly - it feels most ergonomic to my hand/wrist.
I haven't had it long enough to comment on the battery charge, but I charged it up for a couple hours when I first received it and it's been working fine for a week so far. Suspect it will last a long time before it needs charging again.
It's not perfect - the scroll wheel works fine, but feels a little cheap, and is placed a little too far back towards the palm IMO. But for the price, it's a real bargain. It definitely works best for larger hands, so small handed people might find it a bit hard to hold/use. Highly recommended.
