I don't know why there's a lot of negative reviews. What i can say that it's comfortable app to setup your devices (i have CHOICE Earbuds X5 and they have all settings like in this app (You can control noise cancelling from your earbuds directly), so i can't even see any directional changes to your earbuds (or it depends from the device idk). By the way EQ is not even ruins the sound (i think it depends from the sound directly or device. If you don't like this just change EQ to default lol)).

As most others are saying the app ruins the ear buds . Constantly having to go into app to change settings on the buds. The voice messages throgh the buds are in Japanese or Chinese (not sure which) and wouldn't have bought had I known this and can't change them to English as far as I'm aware .

I hate having to register in order to control/view earbuds settings from app! Beside that, i hate not being able to use gmail address with + in address in order to organize my accounts. When i use + it just says invalid email format. Obviosly app is made for sole purpose to collect data.
